Welcome to Cindy’s Bliss. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our site (www.cindysbliss.com), placing an order, or registering for a workshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. General Information
Cindy’s Bliss is a small-batch business offering handmade skincare, candles, and self-care workshops. All offerings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product, service, or part of the site at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to use this site and make purchases. By using our website, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Product Descriptions
All products are handmade, so natural variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. We aim for accuracy, but do not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed. We accept payment through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer $5 flat rate shipping on U.S. orders under $65. Orders over $65 (before tax and shipping) ship free automatically. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping is provided through USPS and UPS. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Cindy’s Bliss is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and your carrier as soon as possible.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. For details, refer to our full Return Policy.
8. Workshops and Events
Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We may offer store credit or rescheduling based on availability.
9. Health and Safety
We use high-quality ingredients, but individual skin reactions may vary. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Cindy’s Bliss is not responsible for adverse skin reactions. You may contact us to help identify any potential ingredient sensitivities.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, product names, images, text, and branding, is the property of Cindy’s Bliss and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the site or engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity, including tampering with security or submitting false or misleading content.
