Thank you for choosing Cindy’s Bliss! Each order is handcrafted, packed with care, and shipped from our studio with love. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, our processing times, and what to expect when ordering.


🚚 Shipping Rates

We offer simple, affordable shipping:

  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping on all U.S. orders under $65 (before tax and shipping)

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $65
    ➤ No code needed — your discount is applied automatically at checkout

Free shipping applies to domestic orders only and may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.


📦 Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using both United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays, restocks, or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

If we are on vacation or temporarily closed, we will clearly post a notice at the top of our website letting you know when shipping will resume.


📍 Domestic Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.


❗️Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been scanned by USPS or UPS, it is considered in the carrier’s possession. If your tracking status says “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check the shipping address entered at checkout

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Allow 1–2 extra business days (carriers sometimes scan early)

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, email us at cindys.bliss20@gmail.com. While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered or delays caused by the carrier, we will do our best to support you and offer possible next steps.


✏️ Address Changes & Errors

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct your address, email us at cindys.bliss20@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
