Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Cindy’s Bliss, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Each item is handcrafted in small batches with high-quality ingredients and intention. We’re committed to creating a feel-good, nourishing experience — whether you're indulging in our self-care products or joining one of our workshops. Please review the policy below for guidance on returns, exchanges, cancellations, and how we handle product concerns.


🧴 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our offerings — including body washes, scrubs, soaps, candles, and other personal care items — all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have left our studio.

We encourage all customers to review full product descriptions and ingredients prior to purchase, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.


⚠️ Irritation or Sensitivity

We formulate our products using gentle, skin-loving ingredients — but everyone’s skin is unique. If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at cindys.bliss20@gmail.com.

While we cannot offer refunds for skin reactions, we are committed to supporting your self-care journey. We’re happy to talk through your experience and, when possible, explore ways to improve the formula to better suit your skin’s needs. As a small business, we care deeply about your satisfaction and are always working to create products that feel just right for you.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or includes the wrong item, please email us within 3 business days of delivery at cindys.bliss20@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging

If the issue is verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After this time, items may already be in production or prepared for shipping and changes cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation or change, email us as soon as possible at cindys.bliss20@gmail.com.


🚚 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs. If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, we can issue store credit for the product subtotal, excluding shipping costs.


🛍️ Custom Orders & Workshop Bookings

All custom product orders, DIY workshop tickets, and event-based sales are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend a scheduled event, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance, and we may be able to offer store credit or a transfer to a future date, based on availability.
